Dies & molds charge: Die & mold charge are a service cost. They do not imply ownership. The manufacture will not release them to the customer. They remain with us for the exclusive use of the customer who paid for them. If the customer requests ownership and possession of the dies or moulds, we will quote you on the additional charge.

Dies & molds archive: Dies or molds will keep free charge for customers for 2 years. if there is no repeat order within 2 years, dies or molds won't be kept in factory.

Repeat orders: Set up charge and tool charge do not apply to repeat orders; except in the case of items that have not been purchased within 2 years or change the text of the design.

Pre- Production Sample: Reproduction samples are available on all items. For etched or die struck lapel pins is US$20.00 or CA$30 except set up charge. Others will quote according to quality finish.

Product Finish: The price lists we offer are for gold/ silver/ nickel or black nickel finish only.

Pricing information: Prices are subject to change without notice. Any item that not show price on please contact Yes Gift for detail.

Delivery: All custom design products needs 4-6 weeks to produce. It is not included art work approval or sample approval. Rush orders please contact for date arrangement.

Packing: The standard packing which is included in the price, is whether poly bagged or bulked tissue wrapped. For presentation boxes please ask our offer.

Shipping: Goods will be sent by ground UPS or regular parcel post. However we will ship according to your preference. All merchandise shipped F.O.B. factory except special offers by other type of basis.

Payment: All orders must pay by Bank Draft, checks or T/T  through US Bank or Canadian Bank.

Return or cancel: No refund or return for custom design orders. Any return must have written authorization by Yes Gift.  Any cancellation must be made within 3 working days after receipt of order. Customers have to pay a  portion of total amount of the order.

Trademark: Customers must accept full responsibility for claims or litigation arising from improper use of trademarks and copyrights. Our customers' and their clients agree, by submitting material for our use in producing on order, that these laws will not be violated. In addition,  you and your client  agree to hold responsibility for any damages, cost or expense arising under these laws.
