Photo Etched Enamel:
Photo etched pins offer the very details for custom designs. It etches the design with acid into the metal plate in which the specific design has been photoed and ranged. This in turn offers the greatest detail, instead of striking with a pre-cut die. Each pin is then hand filled with brilliant enamel colours and kiln baked to harden. Photo Etched pins can be made with or without epoxy coating.

Free set-up charge: If quantity is over 1,000 pieces
Findings: Each pin is fastened one clutch only, extra one plus CA$0.15, Tie tack plus CA$0.45. Tie tack with bar & chain plus CA$0.50, Safety pin CA$0.15. Tie clip CA$0.67 per piece.
Colours: Prices are based on 5 colours w/gold or nickel plating, one extra colour plus CA$0.08, if designs need an extra print colour, set-up charge CA$60.00, one colour print CA$0.15
Hole Punching: One hole die CA$30.00, one hole charge CA$0.15
Delivery: 4 weeks working
