- CDR (CorelDraw)
- AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- PDF (not from MS Word or Excel)
- min. 300 dpi is required
- artwork not met the standards will be charged with clean up fees
Laser Engraving
To create an exceptional award, we ask to send us best quality image files you have.
All images or logos should be sent in a clean black & white vector format with min 300 dpi.
Gray scale, color, or halftone images cannot be reproduced. All fonts should be converted to curves
(paths or outlines)

If you don’t have the right kind of artwork file
Just send us what you do have and if it is not suitable for engraving our graphics department can create the proper type of artwork from almost any low resolution image. A fee of $60/hr applies for this service.
- San Serif fonts (ex. Arial) = 8pt or larger
- Serif Fonts (ex. Times) = 12 pt or larger
- Script Fonts = 16 pt or largerNote:
- Minimum line thickness 1.5 pts
- Letters and details may not laser engrave crisp and clear if below minimum sizes
