Artwork

• Good black & white Camera-Ready file is required. Photocopies, business cards,letterheads,

       coloured layouts etc will be subject to clean-up charge of $60.00/hr

Lasering art requirement

• CorelDraw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (.ai or.eps) file is acceptable.
  
• Please send artwork file with all elements in Black & White (w/out grayscales).
  
• Please also provide a hard copy printout of layouts
  
• All artwork must convert to curves (paths, outlines).
  

Custom orders

• 50% order deposit is required when order is placed.
  
• Full payment is required upon order pick up.

Setup

• New artwork: $50.00 this setup charge applies to existing artwork which is re-sized for a new item.
• Exact repeat orders with “identical” art on identical item will receive no setup charge.

Paper proof 

• We will supply one paper proof via fax or e-mail at no additional charge.
  
• Written approval must be returned via fax within 24 hours so your order will not be delayed.
  
• When additional proofs are required due to preference changes or revisions, a nominal fee will be applied per proof.

Copy Changes

• 1 to 2 lines $3.50 each item
  
• 3 to 4 lines $ 5.00 each item
  
• 5 to 10 lines $ 9 per item
• Signature Fee $ 6.50 per item.
  

 Production time Laser & Engraving Products

• Normal lead time are 5-10 working days after art work approval.

Changes/Cancellation

• Please provide all changes to us in writing.
  
• Please understand, after art approval, production begins; changes after this time maybe subject to additional charges.
  
• Cancellations maybe subject to partial or full charge.
